MY DESIGN METHODOLOGY
1. RESEARCH AND QUESTIONNAIRE
Who are you and what would you like to contribute to the world with?
We will have two 1hr30 meetings during which you will tell me everything about your dreams, your project, your vision for the future, and your product or service.
2. ABOUT AND CORE VALUES
In order to create a brand that differentiates from the competition and remains consistent over time, we are going to define the following elements:
- About and brand purpose: who are you, what is your story and your mission as a brand
- 2. Core:: Your brand's core values serve as a shell to protect its consistency across all channels and over time.
3. BENCHMARKING AND MARKET RESEARCH
I will analyze your favorite brand and your main competitor to learn from their good practices at a graphic level and detect their weak points.
4. BRAND ARCHETYPE
Would you like your customers to fall in love with your brand?
At this stage, we will analyze your audience in-depth, which will allow us to define a marketing archetype for your brand.
This tool will allow you to communicate effectively and provoke an emotional connection with your audience, which will make them remember you and differentiate you from the competition, generating an inevitable desire to buy and a great sense of belonging in your audience.
5. MOOD BOARDS
We will share folders on Pinterest with everything you like and aligns with the style you want for your brand.
This will serve as a guide and will facilitate communication on a visual level.
We will select 2 or 3 themes to work on deeper.
6. TWO LOGO OPTIONS
The goal of having a visual identity system is to make your brand’s universe coherent, memorable, and easy to recognize (even if the logo is not present).
After completing the questionnaire, analyzing other brands, and creating mood boards,
- I will present you 2 different conceptual ideas we now have solid bases to work on the storytelling and graphic design of your brand
- Together we will choose one to refine.

7. BRAND GUIDELINES
It is a PDF in which you will find:
- Brand's manifesto: about, brand purpose and core
- Marketing archetype
- Primary logo, secondary logo and submark (if necessary)
- Color palette with codes for print and screen.
- Art direction
- Font pairing
- Examples of visual identity applications: 3 images with your brand applied to different supports, such as a poster or a t-shirt
- All files exported for print and web uses
The brand manual will be like a “road map” for your project and for the team.
